No matter how much we hope you love our products, we know that there can be many reasons to return something bought online. You may return any products you have ordered from our online shop within 14 days from receipt of delivery, free of charge. We love to hear from you, so if there is anything on your heart in regards to the product(s) please let us know.

All our leather products will stay with you for a long time due to the high quality leather. But it’s always a good idea to take care of it.
- For care, rub the leather gently with a leather conditioner to fade the marks the leather might get. It’s best to do this on a regular basis as it will protect and keep it moist and clean longer. It is always a good idea to use waterproofing spray made for leather.
Other tips and tricks:
- To clean, use a damp cloth and gently remove stains or dirt. If the product is made out of suede or nubuck leather it should be treated carefully. Use a brush and use care products specifically made for nubuck and suede.
- Dry the product naturally if it gets wet.
- Protect the leather from direct light, heat and coloured garments.
