You can return or exchange items bought within 14 days of receiving them.

How do I return or exchange?
Step 1: Register in the portal Click on the correct link above to start the process. Follow the instructions on the screen.
- Exchanges: It is possible to exchange an item for a different variant of the same price, or an item with a lower price (the difference will be refunded). Please note that we must receive and process your returned item before we can ship out the new exchange item.
- Return Labels & QR Codes: Once your return/exchange is registered, you will receive a QR code (you can also download a standard shipping label). If using the QR code, simply show it at your local drop-off point, and they will print the label for you.
Step 2: Pack your order Pack the items securely in the original shipping box or equivalent. Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, including tags, dust bags, labels, or similar. If you are returning shoes, the original shoe box must also be returned undamaged.Attach the return shipping label to the box (or let the drop-off point do it via your QR code) and hand it in at your local delivery point. We highly advise obtaining a proof of postage. Cala Jade cannot be held responsible for returned goods lost in transit without proof of postage.
Step 3: Refund / Processing Once we have received your returned item(s) safe and sound, your refund or exchange will be processed within 14 days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method originally used for the purchase.Fees for Returns & Exchanges
If you want to return an item:We do not offer free returns. The return shipment fee will be deducted from your refund amount once we receive the package:

- Europe (EU): 30 EURO
- Outside Europe (Non-EU): 40 EURO
If you want to exchange an item:
- Norway & Europe (EU): Free (No exchange fee)
- Outside Europe (Non-EU): 20 EURO (This fee will be charged/deducted during the exchange process)
Please note that any shipping fees paid when you placed the original order are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that are damaged, soiled, or altered. In such cases, the package may be sent back to the customer.
